To prepare the floor for epoxy, we use state of the art equipment to diamond grind the concrete with at least 30/40 diamond bits. The combination of our powerful machines and high quality diamond bits provides the adequate amount of weight needed to properly prepare the surface of the concrete to accept the epoxy and form a mechanical bond that will last.

All of the products we use have been thoroughly vetted and tested in some of the harshest conditions possible. We go over and above the standards and requirements for hydrostatic pressure ratings in our epoxies, as well as the solids percentage of our top coats to ensure maximum bond and durability.

With our standard of excellence for surface preparation, we have eliminated the number one reason why epoxy floors fail. By applying moisture block epoxy at the appropriate rate we have eliminated the second most common reason that epoxy floors fail, which is moisture in the concrete. Finally, our superior top coats provide the highest chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, UV resistance, and hot tire resistance on the market. All of these factors combined result in an epoxy floor solution that is beautiful, clean, and built to last.
